Obituary of Richard Allen Parker Parker, Richard Allen – Suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday March 28, 2019 at the Campbellford Memorial Hospital at the age of 66. Loving father of Kristen. Cherished brother of Ellen (Jerry), Edward (d. Bonnie), Alfred (Pat), William (d. Karen), the late Harvey, Debbie (Dave) and Barry (Marilyn). Predeceased by his parents Earnest and Ellen Parker. Richard will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Cremation entrusted to Community Alternative Funeral Home and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
