Obituary of Roy Whalley WHALLEY, Roy - Peacefully, at PRHC on Monday, May 9, 2016. Roy of Peterborough, formerly of Toronto, at the age of 93. Roy, dearly beloved husband of Margaret Bessie Whalley (Stapley) for 60 years, and loving father of Sandra Wilce (late Gary), Karen McLean (Bob), Kenneth Whalley (Joanne) and Kathleen Ryall (Randy). Beloved grandfather of Brandon, Kim, Tracey, (Bill), Graydon (Steph), Shane, Scott (Kathryn), and Cody (Jenn). Great-grandfather of Austin and all other great grandchildren. Brother of John William Whalley (Irene), Roy will be remembered by many other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME & RECEPTION CENTRE (840 Armour Road), on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 4-8 pm and Saturday, May 14, from 10-11 am. A funeral service will follow in the chapel on Saturday at 11 am. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery, Toronto at approximately 1 pm.
