Obituary of Stella Eileen Fulton FULTON: Stella Eileen (nee: Irwin) Peacefully at Hospice Peterborough, on Monday, September 2, 2019 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Orland Fulton and dear mother of the late Betty Fulton. Daughter of the late Benjamin Irwin and Pearl Guthrie. Sister of the late Althena (Herbert) Cochrane, Freda (Charles) Brown, and Clifford (Jean) Irwin. Aunt of Shirley Herring (Moe Cordell), Donna Cochrane, and the late Floyd, and Ken Irwin. Missed by several great-nieces and nephews.
