Obituary of Stuart Stockdale STOCKDALE, Stuart Ralph (Long standing member of the Peterborough Salvation Army Temple) - peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, with his family by his side. Stuart Stockdale of Peterborough in his 87th year. Husband of the late Elda (Graham). Dear father of Linda (Bob Quackenbush) of Peterborough, Barbara (Bob Hogg) of Norwood, Ralph Stockdale (Grace) of Peterborough, Brenda Coit of Peterborough and the late Janice Stockdale. Loving grandfather of ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Son of the late William Stockdale and Emma (Harrison). Brother of Sherman Stockdale of Lakefield (late Dorothy) and the late Clarence Stockdale (late Ethel), George Stockdale (late Jean), Leona (late Ellison Kidd) and Eldon Stockdale. Brother-in-law to Lorene Stockdale of Lakehurst. Uncle Stuart will be dearly missed by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME - Ashburnham Chapel, 840 Armour Road from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday. A funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Peterborough Temple, 219 Simcoe St., on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
