Obituary of Teresa Kastner KASTNER: Teresa Lillian (Nee: Alexander) Peacefully at St. Joseph's at Fleming on Tuesday, October 28th, 2008. Teresa, dear wife of the late Norman George (d. December 1993). Loving mother of Norman William (Kathryn) of Lakefield, the late Patricia Anne (d. 1981) (Steve) Wright, and infant Norman George (d. 1952). Proud grandmother of Jenny (Jay) Burton, and Sarah (Chaka Chikodzi). Great grandmother of Sekai. Loving sister of Hilda Strimas of Orillia, Mary Alexander of Belleville, and 5 late sisters and one brother. Cherished daughter of the late John Alexander and Mary Callaghan. Proud Godmother of nephew Michael Strimas of Ottawa. Teresa was a faithful member of St. Anne's Parish from 1956 to December, 2000 and an active C.W.L. member. She service on the Finance Committee of St. Anne's and was Treasurer of the Finance Committee during and following the building of the present Parish Centre. Teresa continued to service on this Committee until December of 2000. She will be sadly missed by her family and her many friends. Funeral Prayers were held at the Community Alternative Chapel followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery.
