Obituary of William Welch

WELCH, William Gordon "Bill" - Peacefully, on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, in his 62nd year. Loving husband and best friend of Kathy for 38 years. Son of Mary Welch and the late John, and brother of Joe (Heather), Judi (Nick), Elliott (Cathy), Margaret (Brian), Glenn (Laurie) and the late Mary Elizabeth (Ron). Brother-in-law to Suzi (Renato). Cherished uncle to Renee, Adam, Larissa, Andrea, McKenzie, John, Rebecca, Kevin and Katie. Great uncle to Nicola and John. Bill was employed in the dental business for 39 years after graduating from college. He worked most recently for Sinclair Dental until starting his own business, Treetop Dental. He enjoyed his work as a dental service technician and attained a high level of knowledge and experience in this field. His jolly personality and sociable nature earned him many friends in his too short life. Visitation will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 6-9 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 1 pm.
