Obituary of William Wilcox WILCOX, Charles “Bill” William Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, August 10, 2018 at the age of 80 years. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Annette Wilcox. He was the loving father of Donna, Gregg, and Annette-Jean. Loving Poppa to Kaylee and Taylor. Brother to Nora (Brian). Loving uncle to Sandra, Tina, David, and Carl. Brother-In-Law to Rod (Carol), and Tony (June) and Son-In-Law of Dorothy Taylor of England. Predeceased by parents William and Francis Wilcox, and sister Sheila (Doug). A special thank you to Colleen Ireland, staff of PRHC, Dr. Doug Turner, and Dr. Pandya.
