<p>McNEELY, Betty Ramona – of Peterborough, passed away at her home after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 85. Betty, loving wife of the late Jack McNeely. Loving daughter of the late Milton and Annie Pearl McMillan. Dear mother to Ramona, Cindy, Robert &amp; Shelley, and mother-in-law to Bernie Ho and Roger Newton. Cherished Nana to Jason, Brenan, Terran, Lauren, Amber, Derek and Zac. Devoted sister to Joan Allen. Betty is also predeceased by her brother Flex McMillan and sister Lavigne Halstead. Betty will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Special thanks to Dr. Bryson and Dr. Cameron for many years of exquisite care, to all of the Chronic Care and Palliative Care Team who cared for our mother so tenderly, the Wecare personal support worker's Shanda and Tyneil, Crystal Hale and Suelynn Howden for there extra touch on mom's final day's and the love they showed for her and for the nurse's of VON Kate and Marg Scott.</p>
