Peacefully on Saturday October 17th, 2015 in his 90th year at PRHC. Beloved husband of the late Lois Marie (nee Clendenen) 2012. Loving father of Mike Forbes and David France (Judy). Proud Poppa of Andy, Stephanie and Michelle. Pre-deceased by his sons Ted and Larry. Private family arrangements.
