Dad’s faith in God, courage and perseverance in his five years with cancer was an inspiration to us and others. As he kept his hope in Jesus and heaven and his sense of humor in the midst of it all, he just kept marching on, even when his legs could not. Like a good soldier, he fought the fight and when his time was up, he took his discharge Home.
