At home, on Monday, June 20, 2011. Beloved wife of Geoff Blinn. Dear mother of Tiffani and Brittini. Daughter of Garnett Fallis of Peterborough and the late Glenda Fallis, loving daughter in law of Wade and Patricia Blinn. Sister of Marsha, Penny, Tammy, Tracey, Julie, Deanna, and Gerry. Cindy will also be missed by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Fondly remembered by special friend Debbie Mintz.
