ROBINSON, Geoffrey James (Geoff) – Professional Engineer, retired from G. E. after 42 years of service, has passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit on Monday June 15, 2009 at the age of 88. Beloved husband and best friend of Jean (Lachlan). Cherished dad of Pam McLeod and Scot Tomney. Papa will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Jordi, Casey, Anne, Sara and Geoff Robinson Jr. (Kim), and by his great grandchildren Deanna and William. Pre-deceased by his son Bill (1998) and daughter-in-law Karen (2004). Cremation has already taken place. At Geoff’s request, a private family celebration of his life will take place at a later date. Geoff’s family would like to thank all the caring staff of P.R.H.C., Palliative Care Unit, as well as Drs. Beamish, DeLuna, Koll and Lo for the compassionate care provided.
