WWII Veteran stationed in Shilo, Manitoba, and Staff Sergeant with the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires. </p><p>Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, June 5, 2008 in her 82nd year. Helen, dearly beloved wife of Alf and loving mother of Tom (Nancy) and Dave (Victoria), and step mother of Debbie Hook (Chris) and Shirley Bell-Watson (Jim). Beloved grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Rose Dion, Bernice Grozelle, Joanne Wickman, Ted Joyce, Tom Joyce, and the late Eleanor Littler, and Lorne Joyce.
