<p>MacMILLAN, Iain Derrek (Contributor to the elevator industry for 35 + years and Member of Doric Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 424 G.R.C. at Ajax, Ontario and raised to the sublime 32nd Degree Scottish Rite.) December 3, 1945 – August 23, 2014. Loving husband for 47 years to Carol (Singer). Father of Sean (Mandy) and Angie (Mark) Shorts. Loving Grandfather of Hayden, Victoria, Jamie and Kyle. Adored brother of Andrena (Jim) Wallace and Mairi (Kip) Van Kempen. Predeceased by brother Alasdair (Fay). Iain’s generous, welcoming nature and unique sense of humor will be fondly remembered by all. A Special Thank you to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital staff, Dr. Bain, Dr. Parks and the nursing staff in Emergency and on the first floor. The MacMillan family will be hosting a Celebration of Life for Iain on Saturday, September 13, 2014 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the family home: 104 First Road, Marmora, Ontario. This will be an outdoor event. Please bring a lawn chair and your stories of Iain to share. If you feel it is appropriate, you may bring your own beverage.
