Peacefully at Springdale Country Manor on Thursday, May 25, 2006, in her 87th year, after a lengthy illness. Jean, dearly beloved wife of the late Jim and beloved mother of Beth and her husband Bill Chalmers, and Pat and her husband Peter Freistatter. Dear Grandma of Andrew, Alison, Laura, and Emily. Sister of the late Daisy Stewart, Dot Koster, Tom, Art, Fred, and Bob Metcalfe. She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Aline and Edith Metcalfe, Edna Roberts, and Billie Jessop, and by her many nieces and nephews.
