Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Palliative Care Unit on Friday, April 9, 2010. Beloved wife of Sherman Smith. Dear mother of Howard (Marie) Black, Sharon (Allain) Laferriere, Marilyn Lickers (David Norman), Joey Black (Vicki), Ron (Sharon) Black, Mona (Glenn) Baird, and the late Carol Leclair. Step mother of Sherman Smith Jr. (Debbie), Deborah, and Roberta. Cherished Nana of 19 and great Nana of 12. A memorial celebration of Lenna’s life will be held at COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 83 Hunter Street West, Peterborough on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 1 p.m. Visitation 1 hour prior.
