LAMPHIER, Loretto Jane “Betty” – Peacefully, with family at her side, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Monday, January 11, 2016. Betty of Peterborough, formerly of Mississauga and Toronto, in her 89th year. Daughter of the late Francis and Anastasia Lamphier. Sister of Agnes Gostick of Toronto and the late Francis (surviving wife Lee), Mary Crowe, Charles Lamphier, Teresa Lamphier, Sister Bernice CSJ and Catherine Webster. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.

Betty was a caring and loving sister, aunt and friend who will be remembered for her deep and enduring spirit. A Funeral Mass will be held at Princess Gardens, 100 Charlotte Street, Peterborough, on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2 pm, with a reception to follow. Father Leo Coughlin officiating.
