SZAFRANSKI, Lukas William David - Suddenly at his residence on Thursday April 9, 2009. Luke Szafranski of Peterborough at the age of 19. Beloved son of Nancy James and Ralph Szafranski. Dear brother of Kirk. Loving grandson of Phyllis James of Peterborough. Luke will be sadly missed by his great aunt Vi Lee and his aunts and uncles ; Christine (Mike Brandon), Eric James (Irene), Scott James, all of Peterborough, Richard Szafranski (Lee) of Midland, Barb Szafranski of Peterborough and Dave Szafranski (Connie) of Ottawa. Luke will also be greatly missed by several cousins and many friends. Friends will be received at The Navy Club, 24 Whitlaw Street, Peterborough, on Sunday, April 19, 2009 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., followed by a memorial service to celebrate Luke’s life at 1:30 p.m. A private inurnment service will take place at a later date.
