<p>THORPE: Mary Gwendolen (Thompson)</p><p>At Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, April 1, 2008, in her 87th year. Gwen was predeceased by her husband, Edgar Charles Thorpe (1978), her parents, John Wesley and Edwina Mae Thompson, and her sister, Margaret Beverly (the late Daniel) Hedges (1986). She will always be remembered by her brother, William (Doreena) Thompson, her sister, Nancy-Lou (Ken) Sloan and by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A Private Family Service will be held at COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 83 Hunter Street West (at the Bridge), on Friday, April 4th. Inurnment at Little Lake Cemetery at a later date.
