At Peterborough Hospital after a full life. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Cynthia Conner. Proud Grandma of Noel (Stephanie) and Myles (Rachelle). Joyful Great Grandma of Alina. Phyllis will be missed by many dear friends and family.
