Son of the late Ted and Annie Gilpin. Dear brother of Doug (Hilda) of Peterborough, George (Donna) of Peterborough, Marie (Randy Lewis) of Toronto and the late Jim Gilpin. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Bob will be sadly missed by all his friends at Extendicare Peterborough. Friends will be received at the COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 83 Hunter St. W. from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2011. A Memorial Service to celebrate Bob’s life will follow in the chapel on Wednesday at 12:00 noon. Major Sandra Lewis officiating.
