DOUGLAS, Roy Edward – Went to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, June 12, 2014, with his wife at his side, at home, in his 71st year. Roy was the beloved husband of Jean for 49 years. Father of Derek and Duane Douglas. Grandfather of Morgan Douglas. Son of the late George and Helen (nee Heard). Brother of Bill Douglas (wife Joyce). Brother in law of Margaret Whatman (husband John), the late Jack Douglas (surviving wife Darlene) and the late George Douglas. At Roy’s request, there will not be a funeral service.
