<p>HOPPS, Sharon Margaret (Keates) – Peacefully, with her family at her side, on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Sharon, of Peterborough, formerly of London, ON, in her 64th year. Beloved wife of the late Richard Harris for 33 years. Loving mother of Michelle Lemery (Philip) and Mike (Lynn Young). Dear grandmother of Seth Chapman, Adam Chapman and Alex Hopps. Sister of the late Gerry Keates. Sharon will be remembered and missed by Peter Hopps and many other relatives and friends. Sharon was a loving warm woman who devoted her life to her children and family, teaching them a moral code and simple values. Making others feel loved was her first priority. Those lucky enough to know her were inspired by her example to put others before themselves and to stay true to their convictions. Cremation entrusted to the COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME. If desired, condolences to the family, or donations to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) may be made at www.CommunityAlternative.ca or by calling 705-742-1875.
