<p>MULLIGAN, Vincent George - of Peterborough, passed peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 68. Vince, loving husband of Dorothy. Cherished son of the late Vince and Monica. Dear father to Kevin (Erin) and Tracy (Doug). Devoted Grandpa of Kylie and Emmett. Brother of Patty (late, Jim). Vince, is predeceased by his brother Mike. Vince will be remembered by all. Celebration of Life to take place Friday April 22, 2016 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, at the Peterborough Naval Association: 24 Whitlaw Street Peterborough, ON K9J 1K9.
