Peacefully, on Saturday, July 6, 2002 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 80. Walter (Mike) Sheridan, of RR #3 Uxbridge, loving husband and best friend of Lola (nee Gerrow). Dearly cherished father of Janet Sheridan and Duane Johnson of Fenelon Falls, and Gail Sheridan and her husband Jim Hanson of Seagrave. Proud ‘Pa’ of his grandchildren Emily, Sharon, Jesse, and Shelby. Will be remembered by his sister-in-law Edna Sheridan of Terrace B.C. Predeceased by his brothers Robert Sheridan, and Arthur Sheridan and his wife Zena. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, July 18th from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Mike Sheridan will be held in the Chapel on Friday, July 19th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Helen Prior officiating.
