Loving father of Frank (Marilyn) of Renfrew, and Cathy Lesk (D'arcy) of Ottawa. Proud Papa of Allison Sabad and Julian Lesk, and great-Papa of Henry Sabad. Predeceased by his brothers Bill, Moodie (Claire) and Ken (Evelyn). At Jack's request, there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life will take place at at later date. Private cremation.
