Eileen Rose Skirten, of Leisureworld, Mississauga, formerly of Brussels, passed away peacefully on Thursday September 19, 2013. Eileen was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Minnie (Wilhelm) Kudob. She was born in Stratford on September 29, 1932. Eileen was the beloved wife of the late Robert Emmanuel Skirten. She was a member of Berea by the Water Lutheran Church, Goderich. She was and accountant for Champion Roads Graders. Eileen is survived by he son Paul Skirten of Gravenhurst, Eric and wife Violet Skirten of Gerogetown, and daughter Kristine Skirten and husband Ian Camacho, of Oshawa. Besides her parents Eileen was predeceased be her eldest son Brian Skirten and brother Allan Dickson and wife Lois. She will be fondly remembered by her many grandchildren, he numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held at The James A. Rutherford Funeral Home 156 Albert Street, Stratford on Tuesday September 24th at 2pm.
