Robert Binns

Robert James Binns passed away peacefully at the Mitchell Nursing home on January 13, 2015 in his 81st year. He was born December 21, 1934 to James and Martha (Hopf) Binns on the family farm in Minto Township. Robert is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marilyn (Hepburn) Binns. He will be lovingly remembered by daughters Christine and husband Adrian Van Nynatten, Linda and husband Aubrey Ross and son James and wife Christine Binns. Beloved grandfather of Logan and James Van Nynatten, Lindsay and Allison Ross. He will be fondly remembered by his sisters Corinne and husband Allen Robinson and Marlene Diamente as well as his brother Donald and wife Mary Claire, and sister-in-law Carole Hepburn. Besides his parents, Robert is predeceased by sisters, Ruth and husband John Lerch, Marie and husband Rick Thomas and his brother-in-law Keith Hepburn. Bob was a mechanic for the Ministry of Transportation and Communication for 33 years. Friends and relatives may call at the James A.
