Winnifred Henderson
Winnifred Cameron Henderson, age 103, passed away peacefully at Knollcrest Lodge on October 11, 2013. Born in Peterborough on January 12, 1910, she was the daughter of the late William A. Henderson and the former Margaret Westgate. Winnifred worked as a Librarian at the Stratford Public Library, from 1930 till her retirement in 1974. Besides her parents, Winnifred was also predeceased by her sister Margaret Bond. A memorial service will be held in Avondale Cemetery, Stratford on Tuesday October 15, at 10 a.m. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Knollcrest Lodge or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, through the funeral home.
