In Loving Memory of Bernard Petahtegoose 83 years. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 23rd, 2020 at Health Sciences North with family by his side. Beloved Husband of over 56 years to Helen Petahtegoose (nee Jacko. Loving Father of Teresea Migwans (Darin), Barry Petahtegoose (Norma), Curtis Petahtegoose, Victoria Wassell (Bill) and Luke Jacko. Cherished Papa of Ayla (Felix), Julia, Olivia, Grace (Sabastian), Zachary (Heidi), Jesse David, Thomas, Paige and Dakota. Predeceased by his parents George and Julia Petahtegoose (nee Nootchtai) and siblings, Helen, Marina, Carolyn, Lornie and 5 infant siblings Lawrence, Lorraine, Richard, Bertha and Lilly. Survived by siblings George (Linda), Annette (Stan), Arthur, Harvey and special sister Karen (Fred predeceased). He will be sadly missed by the Jacko family as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek Community Complex on Sunday, January 26th, 2020 after 12 noon. Funeral ceremony on Tuesday, January 28th at 11:00 am. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Little NHL or Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
