In loving memory of Carl Joseph O'Grady, 88 years, who passed away peacefully on Friday May 19th, 2017, at Maison McCulloch Hospice surrounded by his family. Born in Blind River, the son of John and Caroline O'Grady (nee Walsh). Carl settled in Sudbury and worked for INCO at the Copper refinery for many years.
He was a longstanding member of council 6074 of the Knights of Columbus as well as an active lifelong member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church. Beloved soul mate of Colleen (nee McClellan) predeceased. Loving father of Kevin (Deb), Carol Ann Pocock (Dave), Lori Bigger (Brian), Terry, predeceased (Cathy), Jennifer Wilkinson (Steve), Mary Beth Renzella (Ron Delaney), and Cheryl Snow (Mike). Loving grandfather to Elizabeth Nesbitt (Michael), Tyler (Zhanna), Kerry, Matthew Pocock (Allison), Lindsay Pocock (Jason), Ryan Pocock, Stephanie Caswell (Steve), Devon Bigger (Jennifer), Adam, Shannon, Stephen Wilkinson (Jenny) Scott Wilkinson, Mackenzie Renzella, Mikaela Renzella, and Paige. Great grandpa to Ella and Emilia, Nikita and Jacob, Mason and Wyatt, and Carson. Carl is survived by his brother John Patrick (Jack) (wife Anne) and sister in law Ann O'Grady (Myles predeceased). Predeceased by both his brother Terry (wife Irene) and sister Elaine (husband Tony).
