Loving son of Clifton and Lucille Rombough both predeceased. Loving brother of Diane (Robert Chaput) of Levack. Sadly missed by good friends Brock Curry and John Latour both of Ottawa. Born in Cornwall, Rick worked as a Fire Laboratory Technologist at the National Research Council of Canada for many years. At Rick’s request, there will be no public visitation or service.
