ARMES, Ena (MacKay) - Passed away peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Ingersoll on Thursday July 27, 2017 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Lewis Armes (2009). Loving mother of Cheryle (Karl) Mason, Margaret (Rob) Messenger, and Marion (Peter) Stormink. Cherished grandmother of Alan (Wendy) Mason, Lonna (Rob) Winter, Jason (Kristin) Messenger, and Laura Messenger. Proud great grandmother of Rachel, Morgan, D’Mara, and Thomas. Dear sister to Val Watt, Helen Reid, Mary Carpenter, Joan Baker, Murray MacKay, and Beth Stuart. Predeceased by her brothers Jim and Don MacKay. Ena will be greatly missed by her dear friend Jean Manzer. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford (519-285-2427) on Sunday July 30, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again on Monday July 31, 2017 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm where the funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 pm.
