DURSTON Joan Marie (nee Ashton)- Passed away peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Ingersoll on Sunday, December 10th, 2017 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of William “Bill” Durston. Loving mother to Linda (Dan Hamm) Durston, and Brian Durston and stepmother to Beverly (Doug) Ouimette. Cherished grandmother of Chase, Wesley, Kyle, Timothy (Taylor), Andrew James, Karlene, Jenna and Vanessa. Proud great grandma to Kaleb and Beckham. Dear sister to Beverly Wagner. Joan leaves behind her fur baby Mocha. Predeceased by her parents Gilbert and Marie Ashton. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford (519-285-2427), on Thursday, December 14th, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and again from 6 to 8 pm. The service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will follow at a later date.
