Roberta Parfrey

PARFREY, Roberta (Wyber) – Passed away suddenly, while visiting family in Thamesford on Wednesday, January 25th, 2017. Roberta was in her 76th year. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack Parfrey. Loving mother to Colleen and Robert Roefs, Rebecca and Duane Davies. Cherished grandmother to Erin and fiancé Andrew Fudge, Emma and fiancé David MacIntyre, Zachary, and Benjamin. Roberta will be missed by many as she was quite involved in her community especially the St. John’s Anglican Choir, ACW and organist for Order of the Eastern Star – Orphah Chapter. An Eastern Star Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 12:30pm on January 29 just prior to the visitation which will be held from 1-4pm at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford. The funeral will be held on Monday, January 30 at 11:00am at the St. John’s Anglican Church with Rev. Larry Edwards officiating. Interment in the church cemetery with reception to follow in the church hall. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Anglican Church and may be arranged through the funeral home.
