PEGG, William “Bill” Herman – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bill at Secord Trails Care Community, Ingersoll on Monday, May 1st, 2017 in his 94th year. Bill was the beloved husband of Margaret (Alward) for over 69 years. Loving father to William (Pat), and Robert (Candi). Cherished Grandpy to Setina “Miss T” (Scott) Stewart, Sara “Marie” (David) Fenton, Bob Pegg Jr., Bill Pegg Jr., (Stacy Dionne), and Brad (Lisa) Pegg. Also sadly missed by his great-grandchildren; Kalen “Jimmy 1”, Kolton “Jimmy 2”, and Kayson “Jimmy 3” Stewart, Avery Pegg, Jayden, Haven & Kali Fenton, Gracie, Martha & Alec Pegg as well as numerous nieces and nephews across Canada. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Ethel (Walpole) Pegg, his brother Howard (Ruth) and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family especially his great-grandchildren. He enjoyed boating and german shepherds and could often be found lounging in his lazy boy recliner watching his favorite television shows or listening to his radio. Bill belonged to a motor home club in his younger years and spent much of his retirement travelling from coast to coast. He was proud to have worked on the Canadian Pacific Railway for 43 years, mostly in Ontario.
