KUSZNIROW Mrs. Paulina (Paula) Kusznirow, age 91 years, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 26, 2016. Paulina was born on May 26, 1925 in Russia. She met Wasyl (Bill) Kusznirow in Germany, where they were married. They had two daughters, Luba and Wanda. Bill immigrated to Canada in 1950, and was joined by Paulina and their daughters the following year. They settled in Port Arthur where Lydia was born. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. Paulina is survived by her daughters Luba, Wanda and Lydia (Robert); grandchildren Leanne (Gordon), Gary, Jennifer (David) and Andrea (Lei); great grandchildren Hiranya, Himani and Aengus, Max, Sam and Maggie. She was predeceased by her husband, Bill and her son-in-law Jorn Mortensen. A Celebration of the Life of Mrs. Paulina Kusznirow will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, December 9, 2016 in the Westfort Baptist Church, with Pastor Alan Piper officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in Riverside Cemetery. Should friends so desire, donations made in memory of Paulina to St. Joseph's Hospice would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Westfort Chapel, 420 West Gore Street at James.
