Dear Susan, Frank, Erin, Meghan and Tom, We are very saddened to learn that Don has passed away. He so dearly loved all of his family and never hesitated to share adventures whether at Loon or Barrie. He and your Mom, grandmother would often stop by at Loon just to say Hi and chat about whatever came to mind. It was always a lovely conversation and a few laughs. He will be dearly missed by many. Let’s celebrate on the beach this summer with a toast and stories of a much loved gentleman. Julie and Gordon
Our condolences, we are very sorry to hear of your loss. Don & Sue White

Our deepest sympathies to the Carlisle family for the lost of a wonderful dad, grandpa and friend. On more than one occasion, Don helped me out with various fixer-uppers...camp issues. He was always very knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand to friends and neighbours. We will continue to enjoy Don's "chronicle's" of Loon Lake and have always appreciated his wisdom, knowledge and research of a special place which was so important to him and myself/others. Reflecting over the yrs, I can remember Don sailing by the camp and enjoying the crosswinds of Loon. May you find comfort knowing that he has met David in heaven and they are sailing happily together again. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Natalie & Paddy Tucnik
