The family announces with sorrow her passing on Monday, March 4, 2019 at the Timmins and District Hospital, at the age of 79. Loving mother of Leslie Hillyard (Rachel), Michael Hillyard (Francine) and Danny Hillyard. Cherished grandmother of Joshua Hillyard, Jessica Rust (Christopher), Cynthia Audit (Todd) and David Mailloux (Stacey) and great-grandmother of Trent, Damian and Vincent. Dear sister of Ellie Howlette, Gilmore Pierce (Aline), Richard Pierce (Ruth), Rodney Pierce (Betty), Dawn Martin (Allan) and Randy Pierce (Carole). Predeceased by her brothers Buck Pierce, Clayton Pierce, Robert Pierce and sister Shirley Shaw. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be greatly appreciated.
