It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Stéphane Aubé, on Wednesday June 5, 2019 at the age of 45 years. Beloved father of Rylan, Bryston and Cullen, all of Sudbury. Cherished son of Denise Aubé (Laviolette) of Timmins and the late Léon Aubé. Dear brother of Tania from Winnipeg, Chantal (Randy Samuels) and the proud uncle of Raeyale and Nadège Samuels from Saskatoon. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Stéphane was born in Timmins on March 28, 1974. He made Sudbury his home for the last 15 years. Stéphane was a licensed Funeral Director for over 20 years. He was a member of the Lion’s Club, a grief counsellor for the Hospice both in Sudbury and he also hosted numerous Christmas telethons. Stéphane was the founder of Simple Wishes of the North cremation and burial services in Sudbury. Spending time with his 3 boys brought him the greatest joy in life. His goal in life was to provide his boys with a bright future. Stéphane will be remembered for his generosity, his kindness and his compassion. We are devastated by his loss but are thankful for the wonderful memories that he left us to cherish. The family will receive friends and relatives from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday June 15, 2019 at LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home followed by a service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
