Daylan Henry Hopcraft

Daylan Henry Hopcraft of RR 1 Walkerton passed away onThursday, April 27th, 2017 at Children's Hospital of Western Ontario. He was 16 Beloved son of Darryl and Christy (nee Soers) Hopcraft. Loving brother of Tori and Maddy. Cherished grandson of Hank and Elaine Soers of RR 1 Mildmay, Bill and Donna Hopcraft of RR 1 Walkerton and great-grandson of Mary Soers of Walkerton and George and Bernice Frieburger of RR 1 Walkerton. Daylan will be forever missed and remembered by his aunts and uncles, Melissa & Kevin Cutler, Jeremy Soers, Janelle Soers & Dave Bross, Annelies & Gary Fudge, Jonathan & Caitlin Soers, Jason Hopcraft & Jennifer Schaus and Quentin & Dalia Hopcraft as well as by his many cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles and friends. Daylan was predeceased by his great-grandfather Joseph Soers and great-grandparents Anthony & Gertrude Opperman and Richard & Mary Hopcraft. Daylan's family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Sunday, April 30th, 2017 at the Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton (1106 Yonge St. S.). Parish prayers will be held at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 1st, 2017 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton (221 Victoria Street). Rev. Andrew Quarshie officiating.
