Julia Denise Pieroway

PIEROWAY, Julia Denise Anne - It is with unspeakable sadness that the family of Julia Pieroway announces her sudden passing, as the result of a motor vehicle accident, on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the age of 20. Beautiful and much loved daughter of Robert Jr. and Cheryl. Cherished sister of Jessica and Bobby. Beloved granddaughter of Derrice and the late Robert Pieroway Sr., and Bonnie and Edward Shea. She will be forever missed by her uncles Dave Pieroway (Saskia), Reginald Wolfe (Christine) and by her many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her grandfather Reginald William Wolfe. Julia was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After moving to Welland she attended Alexander Kuska Elementary School, Notre Dame and Centennial High School. She will be remembered as a social butterfly who loved being with her friends. Julia had a way about her that drew people to her; she always had an infectious smile that could light up a room the moment she walked in. She was a beautiful, adventurous and free spirited soul. She had a big heart and was deeply loved her family and friends. The family will receive friends at the H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Thursday, November 16th from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at the Parish Community of St. Kevin, 303 Niagara Street, Welland on Friday, November 17th at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
