TURCOTTE, Irene – Passed away peacefully at Extended Care Unit of NHS Welland Site on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the age of 87. She is reunited with her husband Marcel, her son Armand. She is survived by her loving children Lise Stadnyk (Pete), Normand Turcotte (Liz), Vivi Lamontagne, Peter Turcotte (Nicole), Ron Turcotte (Tanya), Lauraine Day (Edward) and her daughter-in-law Lu Ann Turcotte. Cherished grandmother of 22 grandchildren and proud great grandmother of 13 great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her siblings Laureat Grenier (Doris), Laurent Grenier, Laurette Leduc, Germain Grenier and Lucille Robert (Roger). She will be also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Irene was also predeceased by her son-in-law Norm Lamontagne, brothers Henry Grenier, Desire Grenier, Gilles Grenier, brother-in-law Jean Guy Leduc and her sister-in-law Flavie Grenier.
