Unexpectedly on September 19, 2019 in his 66th year. Father of Joshua (Kelly) and Ryan. Brother of Sharon, Bonnie, Susan, Terry (the late Susanne), Gary (Janina) and Christine (Alex). Grandfather of 3. Predeceased by his parents Grant and Lila Miller. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. As per David's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held.
