God called Adam back home on Monday August 8, 2016 at the age of 35. He will be forever missed by his daughter Eva and his wife Alexandra. Adam will always be cherished by his parents Phil & Brenda Colucci. He will always be missed and never forgotten by his sister Sarah (Mario Calce) and their children Sam and Max. Adam will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Friday August 12, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 13, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., off Rutherford Rd., west of Weston Rd.).
