I have only just seen this so apologies for the lateness. Mr Flowers taught me at Saunders. He has left such a mark on my life. I was a troubled teen and he showed me such compassion, patience and faith. I have always thought about him on and off over the years. He was such a lovely man.

Bruce came to visit the Thames Talbot Land Trust over a year ago to talk about his passion for the environment and Oxford County. He was very definite in what he wanted to support. I was quite impressed in his historic knowledge of the County and his support of various projects. I was hoping I would get to know him better because he was so interesting. You could tell he was a teacher because he wanted to impart his knowledge and he engaged you with his enthusiasm. Thank you Bruce for your support of our work and we look forward to embellishing your wishes for Oxford County. Suzanne McDonald Aziz Executive Director

So sorry to hear of Mr. Flowers' passing. He was a talented artist and teacher. And he was certainly patient... I tried the patience of many of my teachers! My condolences to his family and friends. He was a good person and his presence will be missed.
