Deborah "Debbie" Alexander

Debbie Alexander 1959 – 2017 After a year-long battle with cancer, the family wishes to announce the passing of Debbie Denise Alexander on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Estevan, SK at the age of 57 years. Debbie leaves her husband Dave Alexander to cherish precious memories. Debbie will live on in the hearts of their children, Rene Alexander (Shawn DeBruyne) and their children Kaitlyn, Madison, Daiten and Jayce; and Craig Alexander (Tammi Kulhavy). Also left to cherish special times are Debbie’s mother, Maxine Lukye and her only sister Marilyn (Blaine) Dukart; sisters-in-law Karen Mack and Gail (Danny) Jackson; brothers-in-law Gerry Alexander and Randy (Roxanne) Alexander; Debbie’s fur babies, Jersey and Stella, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Debbie was predeceased by her father Peter Lukye; parents-in-law Katherine and Jo Struble; brother Roland Lukye and brother-in-law Harvey Mack. A Celebration of Debbie’s life was held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Church, Estevan, with Jason Richards officiating. Those so wishing may make donations in Debbie’s memory to the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care), 1176 Nicholson Road, Estevan, SK, S4A 0H3. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Estevan.
