Obituary for Alexander Kulik

KULIK " Alexander “Alex” passed away on February 13, 2008 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, Sask. He is survived by Terese “Terry”, his loving wife of 62 years. He worked for C.P.R. for 41 years. Alex and Terry enjoyed a happy life together making and having many good friends. Travelling throughout Canada and the U.S.A. they had spent 14 winters in Arizona. He is survived by sisters Mary Maslanka of Langley, BC and Leda Saprunoff of Comox, BC; brother Nick Kulik of Oshawa, ON and also many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Semeon and Uleana Kulik and brothers Ananias “Don” and William “Willie” Kulik. He formed the Sunnyside Emma Lake Co-op and helped form the Cannought Village Co-op. He was a member of the P.A. Legion " Army and Navy and the P.A. Wild Life Federation. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 " 28th Street West with Pastor Dennis Serfas, Director Spiritual Care Prince Albert Parkland Health Region officiating.
