Hi Dad: Deb and I are thinking of you often. Your laugh, and "shoot the puck" is still being echoed throughout the hockey rinks while Greg plays jr. hockey. Tim Horten's visits are not the same anymore without you dad. The grandkids weddings this year you weren't forgotten about, the hockey sticks and pucks were there... We miss you and love you dad.

Dear Liebrecht Family: On behalf of the Prince Albert Carlton Constituency, my wife Charlene and I offer our deepest sympathy as you mourn your loss. John was a very well respected and admired member of the community and he will be sadly missed. As MLA for Prince Albert Carlton, I recognize and appreciate his commitment as a 25+ year employee of the Prince Albert Men’s Correctional Center. I know that John enjoyed hockey and baseball and more recently showed his love of sports by supporting, attending and cheering on his grandchildren in their activities. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. My fond respects to you and yours, Darryl Hickie, MLA Prince Albert Carlton
