Margaret Mary Hulme, died peacefully at Mont. St. Josephs Home in Prince Albert, SK on Friday, August 29, 2008. Margaret was born June 18, 1922 in Prince Albert and was raised on the family farm in the Royal district moving to Prince Albert with her parents in 1954. She was employed in secretarial work at the Holy Family Hospital, St. Albanâ€™s Cathedral, Y.W.C.A., Wapiti Library and Telephone Answering and Accounting Service, the latter for fifteen years. Margaret was an active member of St. Georgeâ€™s Anglican Church from 1965 and was in choir in St. Albanâ€™s and St. Georgeâ€™s for a total of 42 years. Margaret is survived by her niece Catherine (Ken) Tickner of Saskatoon, SK; sister-in-law Marguerite Hulme of Saskatoon, SK; cousin Cathie Clarke of Choiceland, SK and numerous other cousins and extended family throughout Canada and the USA. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas Alfred and Catherine (nee Green) Hulme and her brother Thomas Arthur Hulme. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to St. Georgeâ€™s Anglican Church, 1104 â€" 4th Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 0L2, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279 â€" 3rd Avenue N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8 or Charity of Donorâ€™s Choice. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at St. Georges Anglican Church, 1104 â€" 4th Street East, Prince Albert, SK with The Reverend David Smith officiating. Interment will be held at St. Maryâ€™s Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
